Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may increase during high-volume seasons or large custom orders.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Vendor Fulfillment
Some products may be fulfilled by different vendors. Each vendor will notify Empire Tees NOLA once your order is complete, and orders will be shipped out as soon as production is finalized.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address
Empire Tees NOLA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Delays
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
